Only for two nights August 17 and 18, chef Carles Gaig returns to Singapore to present the gastronomic art – A summer night in Barcelona, together with his protégé executive chef Martí Carlos Martínez.

The 6–course menu (S$198++) highlighting seasonal late summer ingredients from land and sea, celebrates the region's natural environment on the Mediterranean coast, rich with an abundance of fresh seafood, fields and mountains.

Each dish is prepared with care thanks to a close collaboration between the teacher and his protégé. Rooted in traditional recipes and influenced by the rich culinary culture of the region and the bounty of the season, each dish is also an expression of unique creativity, articulated through innovative techniques and artistic dishes. It was with exactly this spirit of modern innovation that Chef Carles transformed his family business in 1984, earning the 154-year-old restaurant its first Michelin star in 1993 and making Gaig a global name.
